Following the publication of the act of 12 May 2014 on regulated real estate companies and the Royal Decree of 13 July 2014 on regulated real estate companies, Vastned Retail Belgium, a public limited liability company having the status of a public real estate investment company, listed on Euronext Brussels, considers to change its status in order to adopt the status of a public regulated real estate company (“public RREC”).
